How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings app under Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or directly in the App Store.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Open the App and go to Settings. From there you can export all of your stored data as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

My photo ranking or bio generation isn't working

Try force-quitting and reopening the App, then confirm you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, email us with a description of what happened and we'll help troubleshoot.

I was charged but don't have Premium access

Email us at info@datingoptimizer.com with your purchase receipt (from the App Store) and the email address on your account, and we'll resolve it promptly.
