Free Tier: Limited access to photo ranking (1 photo) and bio generation (preview only), with 1 session per day.
Premium Subscription: Full access to all features including detailed photo analysis, complete bio generation, unlimited sessions, and history tracking.

Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective payment platform's policies. You may manage your subscription through the App's Settings screen or through your payment provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
If we terminate your account, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. No refund is owed for prior billing periods.
Refunds for voluntary cancellations are governed by the policies of your payment provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). If your account is terminated by us, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your current subscription period.

Your photos are processed in memory only and are NEVER stored on our servers. Photos are sent to our AI provider for analysis and immediately discarded.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. Generated bio text is provided for your personal use. The App, its design, code, branding, and AI models are the intellectual property of AI Dating Profile Optimizer and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
